Courtney found that relaxed their practice of Yoga and meditation with ease, so that it is centered and during long workouts, taxes. Crossfit is the element that was gone. This is the yin to the Yang. Years ago, two that Courtney fortius fitness classes was a local weightlifting, to support drug dealers of some colleagues, when he realized that the Olympic weightlifting in itself is meditation. It focuses on weightlifting and had an absolute blast with it! Heavy lifting is fun!Courtney, Blessed I trainer Fortius, where I am surrounded by talented, inspired by athletes, friends and family.
